Educational / Professional Qualification |
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent
from a local or international University / college / Institute recognized by
the HEC - Candidates having Bachelors or Master’s
degree in Business Administration / France / Marketing and / or have relevant
certification will be preferred |

Experience |
- Minimum 04 years of barking and
/or financial sector experience, out of which as least 02 year relationship
manager preferably in the area of home remittances or payment services or as
a portfolio manager |

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge
Required |
- Good communication a interpersonal
skills - Good analytical skills * Excellent time management skills - Proficient in MS office |

Outline of Main Duties / Responsivities |
- To facilitate achieving
sustainable revenue streams for the Bank and oversee implementation of the
same - To analyze business climate and information
related to clientele performance regularly, subsequently use insights to
identify strategies that can increase volume of business - To assest in preparation of office
notes / memo regarding client onbosting, pricing, and other business-related
matters for management's approval * To manage furd for the tie-upe /
stake holders - To prepare agreements / addendums
with home remittance tie-ups / stake holders * To ersure AML / KYC, CTF and due
ciligence of the remittance partners - To coerdinate with Corporations,
Complance, and relevant support groups in respect of home remittances related
matters - To ensure compliance of banking
laws, regulations, banks' policy and procedures, maintenance of the-upe'
fises and records - To assist Wing Head in exploring
remittance business opportunities and corwerting home remittence leads into
busineas achievements - To perform any other assignment as
assigned by the supervison(s) |

Employment Type |
The employment will be on
contractual besis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the
Management. Selected candidates will be offened compensation package and
