Terms & Conditions:
1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA
screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing
authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any state
of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing
authority.
2. All the candidates will be required to create a profile on
ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee
for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token ETEA's website
and get their CNIC No verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk).
Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Interview calls letter will be issued to shortlisted candidates
only.
4. Screening of candidates will be based on test conducted by the
ETEA.
5. The above positions are purely on contract basis on lump sum pay
equivalent to the initial pay of scales mentioned against each post,
non-pensionable, no long-term benefits and will not be regularized in future at
any stage.
6. Candidates if selected will be required to perform duty anywhere
in the area of service of HAZECO as per the requirement of the Company.
7. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
8. Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply.
Only these candidates who have completed their requisite degrees are eligible
to apply. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Registration certificate is
essential for graduate engineers.
9. General age relaxation has already been included in the age
mentioned against each position no further age relaxation is allowed.
