Applications on prescribed form are invited for the following teaching / administrative positions to be filled on Regular Basis:

Master degree / BS or equivalent degree (16 years education) at least  division (or CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0 ) from HEC recognized University/Institution.

Age: 21-40 Years

 

GENERAL IISTRUCTIONS

1.       Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their degrees, photos, result cards, transcripts & cer lificates along with application on prescribed form in-person or send by mail (General Post) to the Registra, University of Poonch Rawalakot.

2.      Application form(s) can be obtained in person from the Ollice of the Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot, during office hours OR can be downloaded from the University Official Website (www.upzedu.pk/downloads/category/iob-application-forms). The fee challan, avalable on the University website (https://ms.upr.edu.pk/fees/challans), must be deposited at any branch of HBL. The application processing fee is Rs. 2000/(for BPS-17) and Rs. 4000/= (tor BPS-19 and above).

3.      Candidates applying for the posts of Associate Professor are required to submit applications on prescribed form with Five Sets of the testimonials aiong with the publications.

4.      In-service candidales must apply through proper channel to avail relaxation in upper age limit.

5.      Foreign degree holders must provide the equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.

6.      The candidate must attach Marks Obtained / Total Marks Certificate of all degrees along with application form, CGPA is not acceptable. Otherwise, conversion of CGPA into percentage formula of UPR shall be applied.

7.       The relevant experience claimed by the applicants shall only be considered, it supporled by documentary proof.

8.      The basic and terminal qualification (where applicable) of the candidates must be registered with the relevant Council/regulatory body.

9.      The terminal qualification of the candidates must be in relevant subject / feld, however, preference will be given to those having all their academics is relevant subject/ field.

10.   The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised posts partially or totally, as deemednecessary.

11.    It the number of applicants for administrative position is more than thirty (30), written / screening test will be conducted for short listing.

12.   Preterence will be given to A.JEK nationals.

13.   The candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

14.   Application forms indicating the posts should reach the office of the Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot, on or before 20-05-2025.

15.   Applications (complete/incomplete) recelved after the due date will not be entertained.
